Please inspect your order upon delivery. If there is damage, save all packing materials. Contact Us within 72 hours. We will notify the carrier and arrange for inspection. Otherwise, no claim, replacement or refund can be honored.
If you receive an incorrect item please Contact Us as soon as possible. If the fault is ours we will arrange return shipping and give you a refund or replacement.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, most items* may be returned within 30 days of the sale date on your packing slip.
Customer Return Process
1. Log into the Adkins Antique Hardware web site, then go to My Account.
2. Click Completed to see a list of your completed orders.
3. Find the order you wish to return, then click Return Item(s) next to View Order Details.
4. Fill out the following items on the return request:
- Quantity to return
- Return reason
- Return action optional
- Comments optional
5. Click Submit Return Request.
Your request will be reviewed and a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) will be issued upon approval. Enclose a copy of your packing slip and state the reason for the return. Note the RMA# on your packing slip and on the return shipping label. All returns must be accompanied with a receipt and RMA#. For your protection, we suggest you ship all return packages via UPS or US Postal Service, insured. Items must be returned prepaid, with all parts, in the original packaging, unaltered and never installed. Please note: you are responsible for the safe return of all merchandise and all shipping fees. We cannot accept returns COD. If you paid by check or money order, we will issue you a refund check. For credit card or PayPal purchases, a credit will be issued to the account originally charged. Shipping charges are not refundable.
*Antique products are not returnable and non-refundable.

Adkins Antique Hardware
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of the items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
